Acclaimed vocalist, Shelley MacKay, originally from the Bay Area, is known for her smooth, honey-like voice — described as “liquid gold”.
Shelley now lives in Los Angeles and has fronted jazz trios and combos, tribute bands, and most recently The Battle of The Big Bands tour, singing with two 1940’s swing bands, featuring the music of Tommy Dorsey and Glenn Miller. In addition to being an accomplished vocalist, Shelley has released one full length jazz album, Resolution, and is now in production on her first original EP. It can best be described as pop influenced by jazz and r&b…with a twist.
